Be at ease: GOD has got you covered!

Image
I would like to share my thoughts on letting HEAVENLY FATHER take care of you! In today's world, where we are bombarded with “don’t stop, don’t quit mentality", it can be hard to take a rest, reset, or break from daily life pursuits. Because we've been programed to think we should always be strong, and ready to go at all times. Mind you: don't-quit-don't-give-up" isn’t necessarily bad! As there’s nothing wrong with striving for a better outcome in life. It's the way we go about it; that can have either a positive or a negative impact on us: hence this blog. But as believers in the Lord JESUS CHRIST, our Scripture told us in Philippians 4:6, to be content with whatever we have, and to ask GOD for our desires in humility with thanksgiving. This is because, whatever we need to accomplish any purpose in life, HEAVENLY FATHER has already provided it. How do I know this?   The answer is found in Mathew 6: 30-33! The Lord JESUS told us not to lust after...

The Rapture: What About It?

The rapture (1st Thessalonians 4:16-17) is the most debated topic in the Christian/Believers community-worldwide!  While some Christians insist, true believers will be removed from the impending doom; that’ll come upon the earth in the last days, (Revelation 3:10) others, counters the notion with a passage from the same book (Revelation 7:14.) With these opinions raging in the community of Believers, it can be intimidating to take a stand. But recently, the Lord brought something to my attention, from the book of 2nd Thessalonians 2:6-7. This verse led me to understand that GOD is the Spirit withholding the forces of evil of this current world, in its fullness. In coming to this realization, I asked myself, why would GOD do that? Could it be because GOD is waiting for the number of HIS chosen to be fulfilled, (John 10:16) so GOD can remove them from the Earth (1st Thessalonians 4: 16-18), as well as HIS Spirit, before letting HIS wrath (tribulation and great tribulation) descen...

Is Vegetarian Diet For Me?

Image
It's been a while since my last post! Reason is, I've been busy making some lifestyle changes: one of which am delighted to share with you today! A few months ago; i began a plant-based diet! And have since learnt a lot about health, food ethics, as well as animal welfare. My diet style is what I call reducetarian! Where I go meat-free for three weeks; and then i eat some meat, within the fourth week. Or I begin with meat in the first week; and then go meat-free the last three weeks of each month. This has helped my body to maintain iron levels, without overload. Whilst teaching me the importance of a healthy balance. Whether you choose to eat at every meal or not, i believe moderation is key to maintaining a healthy body and mind. And i can attest to that because, am loving my new diet approach! Choosing a plant-based diet isn’t just a passing trend—it’s a lifestyle change that’s catching on worldwide. More people, from doctors to athletes to everyday folks, are discoveri...
