How Our Food Influences Our Mood

  There's growing evidence of a strong connection between our diet and mental health! Several scientific studies have revealed that what we put on our plates can have a profound impact on our minds. This is concerning; given that we now live in an ever busy and fast paced world. Where daily stress is common, quick take-out meals are mundane, while fresh foods and exercise and pushed to the back of the list. Our diet is no longer given much attention; provided we eat something when we're hungry, we simply tick that box and move on to the next task.  Understanding the link between diet and mental health is now more important than ever.
